PUBLISHED EVERY DAWN

One chapter a day, written before the world wakes up.

Every morning at my grandmother’s oak table I write one chapter of three year long journal, the plum tree, the leaky roof, the letter she left behind. Free for everyone. Members read the chapters I can’t say out loud.

ABOUT THE PROTAGONIST OF THE STORY

The author writes daily in the place where her grandmother cooked.

After falling down to the bottom in the city, the author moved back to the farmhouse on Plum Hill to write one of her own in public, one chapter at a time. What began as a morning ritual because a daily serial read by thousands: past memoir, part small town almanac, part love letter to a woman who hid letters in a recipe box.

One chapter daily, published at dawn.

Free newsletter, every chapter by email.

Members-only, the unguarded chapters.
